Equipment introduction:

1.This machine is used for the winding spot welding process of the rotor. 

2.The equipment automatically completes the functions of loading and unloading, initial positioning, winding, indexing hook, wire clamping, wire breaking, spot welding and so on.

3.The equipment adopts a motion control system; it responds quickly to provide the appropriate tension required for acceleration, winding, deceleration and hook indexing, which improves the stability and efficiency of winding.

4.The dynamic balance of the flying fork is stable, and the indexing without mold opening can be selected, which greatly reduces the winding time.

5.The equipment has disconnection detection and alarm functions, as well as head and tail hook identification functions.

6.Servo pressure is used for spot welding, servo motor is used to drive initial positioning and automatic indexing, and welding pressure is monitored online.

7.Practical scope: Winding efficiency: 16S (24 hooks/12 slots/30 turns).

8.Flying fork rated speed: 4000 rpm.

9.Tension control system: Servo tension control.

10.Working air pressure: 0.5-0.7MPa.
